Admission Rules
- Admissions are done at the beginning of the academic year i.e. May / June.
- The school is open to all classes of pupils. Before a pupil is admitted he / she must be introduced to the Principal, his / she must be introduced to the Principal by his / her parent or guardian who will be responsible for his / her conduct and duties as student.
- Admission forms with Prospectus are available at a nominal charge. Children seeking admission to Standard I must have completed 5 years as on 31st May of the year. Application to the second Standard onwards, must produce Transfer Certificate, Progress Report, Character and Conduct Certificates.
- Children seeking admission to the Nursery classes must produce original Birth Certificates and should have completed 3 years as on 31st may of the year.
- The school reserves the right to refuse admissions to any applicant without assigning any reason.
COURSE OF STUDY AND EXAMINATIONS :
Education from Nursery to standard X is available under the Karnataka S.S.L.C. Code of Secondary Education.
Students are prepared for the VII standard Examination and the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate Public Examination.
The Course of studies will include the following subjects. PRIMARY SCHOOL
First Language - English
Second Language - Kannada
Third Language - Hindi
Core Subjects - G. Maths, G. Science, S. Science and Computer Science.

*Physical Education Games and Computer Science are compulsory subject for High School.
FEE STRUCTURE :
The students have to pay at the time of admission a special Development fee of Rs.700/-. Capital expenditure fee equal to 12 months tution fees and monthly tution fee.

NOTE :
- Fees will have to paid for all the 12 months.
- Last date for payment of fees is 10th happens to be a holiday. A fine of Rs.10/- will be levied if not paid within the due date.
- Fees can be paid monthly, quarterly, half yearly or for the entire year depending upon the convenience of the parent.
- Besides the monthly fee, special Development fee of Rs.700/- will be paid within 15days from the date of reopening of the school by the promoted students.
PROMOTION RULES :
Primary :
• Result to be declared on the basis of Average grades obtained in both the semesters.
• Minimum C+ grade is required in each subject to pass in Part ‘A’.
• Minimum B grade is required in Part ‘B’.
High School :
• Minimum score in every subject 30% of the Maximum.
Aggregate Score 35% of Grand Total
ATTENDANCE :
Every student shall put in an attendance of not less than 75 percent of number of working days to be eligible for promotional examination. 75 percent of the attendance shall be calculated from the date of commencement of school year.
DISCIPLINARY REGULATIONS :
- Pupils are required to come to school in time. Attendance on the reopening day of every term is compulsory. Neatness and Cleanliness shall be observed at all times.
- At the first bell the pupils will fall into ranks in the quadrangle. All movements from the assembly to the class room and from one class to another will be in single line and in SILENCE.
- Due respect will be paid by the pupils to the members of the staff, both in and outside the class room. Pupils will not leave their class room without permission of the Teacher. Pupils leaving the school premises during course of the classes must take written permission. During the absence of a Teacher from class, the class Monitor will maintain discipline.
- Irregular attendance, disobedience to Teachers etc., are sufficient reasons for permanent or temporary dismissal of a pupil. Other offences are punishable according to the nature of the offence and the Management’s decision shall be final.
- All pupils are responsible to the Management for their conduct both in and outside the School. Any reported or observed objectionable conduct out of the school on the part of pupils will render them liable to disciplinary action.
- a) Books and periodicals or papers of an objectionable nature must not be brought into the School.
b) Mobiles and electronic gadgets must not be brought in to the school. The confiscated mobiles etc,
will not be returned.
- No pupil who is suffering from a contagious or infectious disease shall be permitted to attend without a medical certificate stating free of infection. (Rule 19 Grant-in-Aid Code for school).
- Any mischief or damage to school property or staff member’s property on the premises will be severely dealt with by recovery of costs from the pupil concerned.
- The children must carry the school diary everyday to school. Incase of loss, the children must buy another diary by paying its cost.
- Discipline must be strictly maintained.
Students will be punished with suspension from class for the following offences.
- Talking during assembly.
- Talking loudly in class in the absence of a Teacher or when changing classes.
- Infighting amongst students.
- Using bad language.
- Coming to school without a school diary or not getting it sygned by parents regularly.
- Submitting incomplete assignments.
- Not obeying school rules.
- Coming to school without a leave note written by the parents
